I received my fresh moss order yesterday and although the moss is lovely, I had the same problem as others did with the package not holding up well during shipping. As pictured the box looks to be a takeout food box, which is fine, and it ships in a plastic USPS bag. The trouble comes from the box collapsing in transit. The moss was fine and fresh, but some better strategy could go into the packaging. I wonder if the box had a piece of packing tape run across the closing tab to keep the box shape sturdy if it might withstand the journey a bit better.

Beautiful fluffy mosses! Seller was NOT stingy! There was so much of it i was in heaven opening! Packaged perfect, made it so easy for transplanting. Always remember this isn't Amazon. It takes a bit to gather these pieces so don't expect it overnight.
